The Briotti Company was founded in 1917. Since the very beginning it produced door and window frames and iron carpentry, until its total distruction by the air raids over Terni in 1941.It was rebuilt in 1944 - 45, when the production of door and window frames started again, along with the production of rolling and sliding shutters, made with one of the two specific forming machines existing in Italy at that time. In 1950 Briotti introduced the production of retractable gates for shops' doors and home windows.

In 1954 to
complete the range of closures for residential, commercial and industrial
buildings, a new line of production was introduct making horizontally
pivoted doors, cellar doors and a complete range of doors for different
uses. In 1975 the production of high quality and safety armoured doors was
added to the traditional production, destined to clients, who required a
high level of security and aesthetic. As well in 1985 the production of
Armoured Venetian Blinds followed, made with double steel - sheet elements
and inner insulation. Since 1995 the range of security frames has been
completed by a new product: armoured shutters made of galvanized steel,
painted with epoxy powder in ral colours, as well as in many other special
colours. They are setup on a special theftproof frame, produced with modern
and highly sophisticated machines which Briotti R.D. division improves
always studying updated solutions.Nowadays we do our work aware of being
part of a history of diligence and devotion, of being part of a Company that
survived two wars, and that, notwithstanding bombing and destruction was
rebuilt, and has always been living and growing without any form of
Government financial support. The result of our affort being that nowadays
Briotti's products have a reputation of hight quality and reliability.
We are happy to know that tonight a lot of families are going to sleep without worries because they are protected by the quality of Briotti's brand.
